On May 18th, we invite you back to Isla's on the Square for our May Supper Club — an exclusive five-course evening curated by Chef Arie, designed not just to feed, but to transport.

This menu is a study in intention. Chef Arie opens with boutique oysters dressed in a house-made yuzu kosho mignonette — a preparation that honors the briny provenance of the oyster while introducing the floral heat of fermented yuzu pepper. It's a first course that sets the tone immediately: precise, layered, and rooted in craft.

The second course leans into comfort without sacrificing complexity — a salmon spinach artichoke dip baked to a golden finish and served with house-made pita chips. It's the kind of dish that feels familiar until it doesn't. A Moroccan carrot salad follows, built on the interplay of sweet raisins, toasted almonds, sharp feta, and the bright acidity of lemon — a course that travels without leaving the table.

The evening's anchor is Chef Arie's reverse-seared lamb lollipops — a technique that prioritizes an even, edge-to-edge cook before a final high-heat sear for crust. Served alongside fingerling potatoes roasted with thyme and rosemary, and finished with a strawberry mint sauce, it's a plate that rewards attention.

We close with pistachio tiramisu — a reimagining of the Italian classic that trades bitterness for the warm, nutty depth of pistachio, finished with a mascarpone cream that brings it home.

At $200 per couple, $110 per person. This is an evening of remarkable value for the craftsmanship on the plate.
